IZPack не создает ярлык на рабочем столе в Windows 7 и Windows 10

Привет всем В настоящее время я пытаюсь использовать Izypack версии 5.1.3 для создания установщика настольного приложения, который собирается создать ярлык для приложения на рабочем столе.

Ниже моего файла install.xml

Я также компилирую его с помощью IZpack версии 5.0.6, но ярлык не отображается на рабочем столе Windows.Таким образом, результат одинаков как с 5.0.6, так и с 5.1.3.
