Показывать DIV на основе сессий, пока пользователь не закроет его

Я пытаюсь показать DIV пользователю, пока он не закроет его.Когда пользователь нажимает close, DIV остается закрытым в течение 24 часов.

Это рабочий код, который отображается каждые 24 часа.Однако я не уверен, как добавить функцию щелчка:
