Скрытие и показ мод начальной загрузки 4 одновременно скроет полосу прокрутки браузера

Я использую Bootstrap 4.0 modal для отображения содержимого.Первый модальный вид довольно длинный, но он отображает полосу прокрутки браузера.А внутри модала у меня есть еще button для вызова 2nd modal, и он скроет первый модал.И когда я закрою 2-й модал, он вернется к первому модалу, но горизонтальная полоса прокрутки браузера исчезнет через 0,5 секунды.Теперь я не могу прокрутить верхнюю или нижнюю часть модала, потому что полоса прокрутки исчезла.Есть ли способ предотвратить удаление полосы прокрутки?

Я пробовал это, пожалуйста, посмотрите, и если это не работает, прокомментируйте ниже, чтобы я мог лучше понять, в чем проблема.
