При обновлении зависимости OneSignal не удается устранить ошибку зависимости

Невозможно разрешить зависимость при обновлении зависимости OneSignal

После обновления моего gradle с

classpath 'gradle.plugin.com.onesignal:onesignal-gradle-plugin:0.8.1'

до

classpath 'gradle.plugin.com.onesignal:onesignal-gradle-plugin:[0.9.0, 0.99.99]'

появляется ошибка, подобная этой

работает нормально с

classpath 'gradle.plugin.com.onesignal:onesignal-gradle-plugin:0.8.1'
