Не удается загрузить файл с устройств MI

Question

Я создаю приложение для загрузки сведений о пользователе в виде опроса, в котором мы также должны загрузить изображение пользователя.Он отлично работает на большинстве устройств, но когда дело касается устройств MI, файл не загружается на сервер.Я использую HttpUrlConnection для класса соединения и пытаюсь загрузить файл в несколько частей.
