Как получить информацию о продукте из таблицы с разделителями табуляции

я пытаюсь сохранить название, идентификатор продукта и цену продуктов в электронной таблице с именем products.txt, iv я уже получил список, напоминающий страницу продуктов, с кнопкой отправки, которая может передавать информацию на другую страницу, я просто не знаюкак использовать файл .txt для получения информации и как хранить информацию, когда кто-то выбрал продукт на orders.txt
