Как добавить веб-просмотр в Collapsing Toolbar?

Question

Я добавил пустое действие в Android Studio. Я хочу преобразовать его в прокрутку с помощью веб-представления. Так что я добавил ниже код в него. Но он не работает должным образом. Как его решить .. Спасибо ... Я хочудля просмотра следует родитель в нижней также.
