Мои AppPools не запускаются в IIS .У меня изначально была ошибка с путем "appPools" (он был случайно удален).Я воссоздал папку.
Поскольку это не решило проблему, я попытался перезапустить WAS и сбросить IIS.Но, как только WAS остановлен, даже WAS не перезапускается.
