Не могу установить dlib

Эй, я пытаюсь установить dlib для распознавания лиц, и он не работает.Что я сделал:

  • установил Anaconda
  • установил cmake
  • добавил cmake к пути
  • и установил Visual Studio 2017

Затем я установил 

pip install dlib==19.4

, но выдает ошибку:
