google.api_core.exceptions.ServiceUnavailable: 503 Ошибка разрешения имени

Я пытаюсь перебрать изображения в каталоге и получить их метки через goodle_api_vision.Я получаю сообщение об ошибке в google.api_core.exceptions.ServiceUnavailable: 503 Ошибка разрешения имени, не знаете, в чем здесь проблема?Это мой код:

Возникла такая же проблема при попытке FCMNotification из pyfcm пакета.Slove если, добавив: os.environ['GRPC_DNS_RESOLVER'] = 'native'

...
