Я обновил файл build.gradle верхнего уровня: с

classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.1.4'

до

classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.3.0'

И теперь не могу собрать проект на Bitbucket-Pipelines: Ошибка:
