Не удалось разрешить импорт org.springframework.web.bind.annotation.DeleteMapping

Эти аннотации были введены в 4.3.0.RELEASE весенней версии, замените ваш pom.xml на любую версию > 4.3.0.RELEASE, я всегда буду кодировать с последней версией.
