добавить отступ, если в файле есть пробелы (загрузить файлы)

Я использую систему для загрузки изображений, файлов ... с помощью PHP, и у меня возникают проблемы с добавлением '-' в файлы с пробелами ... как я могу сделать так, чтобы все изображения, которые я загружаю ипробел, поставить отступ?(-)

Использование str_replace было бы самым простым способом, по моему мнению.

$target_file = $target_dir . date('d_m_Y_H_i_s') . '_'. str_replace(' ','-',$_FILES["fileToUpload"]["name"]);
