Apache игнорирует правила перезаписи с включенным модулем AllowOverride = All и Rewrite

Я настраиваю экземпляр Apache в докер-контейнере Amazon linux 2, но не могу получить URL-адреса после корневого URL-адреса для правильной перезаписи на index.php Laravel, я перепробовал все найденные решения (информация указана в списке)ниже) но пока ничего не получалось.

Ради тестирования это все в /var/www/html/mysite это apache:apache с разрешениями 777.

Я использую Apache 2.4.34

Переход к / работает нормально, но при переходе на любой URL, кроме таких, как /auth/login 403 ошибки, проверяет журнал ошибок. Я вижу, что он не перезаписывается и пытается прочитать файл непосредственно из корня документа 

[core:error] AH00035: access to /auth/login denied (filesystem path '/var/www/html/mysite/public/auth') because search permissions are missing on a component of the path

Я знаю, что файл .htaccess читается, потому что при включении в него синтаксической ошибки отображается страница «Внутренняя ошибка сервера», как и ожидалось, вот мой файл .htaccess (внутри /var/www/html/mysite/public).
