Мой вопрос: могу ли я использовать php curl для публикации данных на этот api url с моего локального хоста или с моего сервера?Я пишу свой собственный код, но он не работает .. Вот мой код.

Да, вы можете отправить сообщение с помощью cURL в другой домен, но ... в другой домен (https://api.awebsite.com/api/redeem) необходимо разрешить доступ с политикой кросс-домиана
