Запись данных в CSV с помощью Python BS4

Я пытаюсь очистить данные с этого веб-сайта . У меня проблема с форматированием контента по столбцам для каждого типа данных.Например, у меня есть летнее время, оно пишется построчно, я хочу, чтобы дневной свет был заголовком столбца, а затем его значением для соответствующего столбца и так далее для других.Выходные данные CSV упоминаются ниже:
