Почему SWT не показывает все строки таблицы, содержащиеся в ScrolledComposite?

Я взял прикрепленный код из Как всегда показывать вертикальную полосу прокрутки в таблице SWT? , за исключением того, что количество строк равно 4000 вместо 20. В этом случае я не могу выйти за пределы 1416 строк втаблица, что является причиной этого?
