io.qameta.allure.testng.AllureTestNg не может быть создан

Question

каждый раз, когда я запускаю тесты в своем коде, я получаю это сообщение

org.testng.ITestNGListener: Provider io.qameta.allure.testng.AllureTestNg 
could not be instantiated.

У меня есть maven с testNG, и я обновляю самые последние версии allure и testng.

Я пропустил некоторые зависимости?Я хочу создавать отчеты с помощью этого инструмента, и я только установки этого инструмента застряли.Я также добавил javax.xml.bind в совет некоторых программистов, и все же он не работает.Кстати, я открыл новый проект, и очарование работало хорошо.
