Я пытаюсь установить IBM Rad WebSphere на моем компьютере, но появляется эта ошибка.

The com.ibm.rational.application.developer.v96 9.6.0.RADO96-I20161214_1251 package specified in the 
C:\RAD_SETUP\InstallerImage_win32_win32_x86\install.xml file cannot be found.
The com.ibm.websphere.liberty.v85 8.5.5007.20150827_0509 package specified in the C:\RAD_SETUP\InstallerImage_win32_win32_x86\install.xml file cannot be found.
