OpenCart SEO URL исправить (htaccess)

Question

Я использую opencart v2.3.0.2 на Xampp на моем локальном хосте.Я хочу настроить seo url, поэтому я выполнил следующие действия:

1. Включить мод в конфигурационном файле Apache
2. Переименовать htaccess.txt в .htaccess
3. Включить seo_url в opencartsetting
4. Добавить seo слова в гордости и категории.

Но, наконец, я получил следующий URL:

http://localhost/:///product-seo-url

Я получаю тот же результат для корзины /корзина и / account / login и т. д. Это мой файл htaccess:
