Невозможно прочитать PDF с помощью Camelot

Я использовал camelot для чтения pdf файла , но я могу получить только его часть.

Как читать всю страницу?

Не уверен, почему camelot не работает.Попробуйте вместо этого pdfminer .Хорошо работает на вашем образце :
