Я его отладил.Проблема заключается в несовпадении версий между nvidia-driver (410.93) и cuda (с драйвером 410.48, поставляемым с файлом запуска cuda).Дали автоудаление всех драйверов и переустановили с самого начала.Удалил все файлы ссылок в / var / lib / dkms / nvidia / *.Теперь работает нормально.И nvidia-uvm также загружается.
