Я разрабатываю приложение для Android, которое должно получать некоторые уведомления по протоколу, аналогичному MQTT, с устройства Arduino.Это уведомление будет своего рода сигналом тревоги и не будет непрерывным, но оно будет редким.Служба выполнит облегченную работу: получит одно уведомление, зарегистрируется в базе данных sqlite и отправит уведомление на системную панель.Какой фоновый сервис мне следует использовать для API уровня 26 или выше.Я знаю, что система налагает ограничения на запуск фоновых служб благодаря Luigi
