почему текст не отображается в генераторе сайта jekyll?

Я хочу запустить сайт, используя jekyll, но проблема в том, что сообщения не отображаются.Я использовал шаблон lanyon .Странно то, что с помощью команды

bundle exec jekyll serve

Сайт запускается без проблем, но сообщения по-прежнему не отображаются. Даже изменения в содержимом шаблонаостаются без изменений.
