Я пытаюсь запустить проект rails 5 с док-контейнером, а front-end - responsejs.При выполнении команды sudo bin/houston start я получаю сообщение об ошибке типа

Если я попытаюсь решить, запустив другие команды, получу ошибку CA Certification.
Если я запусту sudo bin/houston bundle тогда ошибка выглядит как ERROR: No container found for web_1
Пожалуйста, помогите мне решить эту проблему.
