asp.net Microsoft.IdentityModel.Tokens.SecurityTokenException «не найден валидатор» после входа в систему через ADFS

Я работаю над созданием веб-сайта, использующего ADFS для единого входа, следуя инструкциям здесь .все настроено как на клиентском сайте, так и на сервере adfs, но после входа в систему я получаю эту ошибку. 

Microsoft.IdentityModel.Tokens.SecurityTokenException: no validator found

Я читаю документацию по IdentityModel от Microsoft, но ничего не могу найтиэто может вызвать такую ​​ошибку, и я не нашел никого другого с подобной проблемой.
