У меня есть staging пульт.И я хотел бы перенести ветку staging моего текущего репо на пульт staging в его ветке master.

git push staging master попытается протолкнуть ветку master из локального репо в ветку master в репо staging.В этом случае происходит сбой, потому что ваш локальный master находится позади удаленного.

Чтобы перевести ваш staging на удаленный master, вам нужно git push staging staging:master.Или git checkout staging, за которым следует исходная команда.
