FFMPEG по какой-то странной причине не позволяет мне выводить поток, это странно, потому что у меня есть два доступных компьютера, и на одном, у которого был низкий ЦП, были проблемы с декодированием, но поток работал, поэтому я переключил свои сетевые кабели, и яЯ попытался транскодировать с той же командой, и он не будет выводить поток.
