Опция по умолчанию / комбинированный список в JQuery - PullRequest

У меня проблема с опцией по умолчанию в выпадающем списке JQuery.Мне нужно создать небольшой виджет в jquery (или что-то еще?) С изменением текста в dov / span.

Я хочу: человек, который заходит на наш сайт в начале, видит опцию first of list, и он можетизмените этот текст с опцией в выпадающем списке.
