Отсутствует AdActivity в AndroidManifest.xml

У меня появляется эта ошибка

Я пытался решить проблему, как указано в этих отсутствует-adactivity-with-android-configchanges и AdView - отсутствуетadActivity с android: configChanges в AndroidManifest.xml , но у него такая же проблема.

Я получаю ту же ошибку.

Моим решением этой проблемы было обновление в сборке grandle на уровне приложения. 

classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.4.0'
classpath 'com.google.gms: google-services: 4.2.0'

Мой AndroidManifest: 

 <meta-data
        android:name="com.google.android.gms.ads.APPLICATION_ID"
        android:value="ca-app-pub-***********~**********"/>
