Цель @Transient - смоделировать непостоянный атрибут, поэтому мне неясно, почему вы хотите @Transient для атрибута commentedByEmployee, когда он сохраняется с помощью атрибута "fkCommentedBy".IMO, @ManyToOne больше подходит в этом случае.

}

Теперь, если вы все еще хотите использовать @Transient, то в методе get вам нужно убедиться, что у вас есть действительный референт к объекту EmployeeInfoService.@Autowired не будет работать здесь, так как ProjectTaskComments не является компонентом, управляемым пружиной.

Да, наконец-то я смог это решить.Я просто выполнил следующие работы:

1. Добавлен @Component для класса ProjectTaskComments:

   @Entity    
   @Component    
   @Table(name = "projecttaskcomments")    
   public class ProjectTaskComments{
   ........
   

2. Объявлен EmployeeInfoService как статический и добавлен метод seterза услугу и @Autowired его.

   @Transient
   private static EmployeeInfoService employeeInfoService;
   
   @Autowired
   public void setEmployeeInfoService(EmployeeInfoService employeeInfoService) {
       this.employeeInfoService = employeeInfoService;
   }
