FCM не получает push-уведомления в фоновом режиме, а работает в Forground

Question

Я реализую уведомление FCM PUSH, но оно работает только на переднем плане , не работает в фоновом режиме.

В Info.plist файл уже установлен Обязательные фоновые режимы -> Приложение загружает контент в ответ на push-уведомления
