Ошибка ТОЛЬКО в Soap, Local IIS, но не в тестовом клиенте WCF

Я получаю следующую ошибку только при вызове операции из локального URL-адреса IIS службы и / или в интерфейсе SOAP, когда в localfrom Visual Studio, когда я тестирую с помощью тестового клиента WCF, она работает нормально.Как вы думаете, это проблема развертывания?
