тихое push-уведомление iOS отменено

В своем приложении я использую автоматическое push-уведомление для регулярной связи, но у меня возникли проблемы, поскольку автоматическое push-уведомление, полученное мной при незапуске приложения, не обрабатывается.Версия ОС - iOS12.Я использую FCM для отправки push-уведомлений.Есть ли кто-нибудь с такой же проблемой?

У меня была похожая проблема.В конце концов я обнаружил, что отключение фонового обновления также отключает доставку тихих уведомлений приостановленным приложениям.

В этом случае, если вы включаете фоновое обновление , iOS запускает ваше приложение и доставляет уведомлениеделегат вашего приложения?
