У меня довольно свежая установка Debian GNU / Linux 9 (stretch) .Я установил python3.7.2 и несколько пакетов python.После попытки установить spyder3 с помощью sudo apt-get install python3-spyder я получаю сообщения об ошибках всякий раз, когда пытаюсь установить или удалить пакеты.

Например, при запуске sudo apt-get install unixodbc выдается следующий вывод:

Это в основном тот же вывод, который я получаю при запуске sudo dpkg --configure -a, также.

Iпробовал каждый метод, описанный в этой публикации и этой теме , но ни один из них не решает проблему.

Разобрался.Я установил python3.7.2 в качестве исполняемого файла Python по умолчанию, используя

sudo update-alternatives --install /usr/bin/python python /usr/local/bin/python3.7 1

Это источник моих проблем.Чтобы исправить это, я сбросил его на python2.7.

sudo update-alternatives --remove python /usr/local/bin/python3.7
sudo update-alternatives --install /usr/bin/python python /usr/bin/python2.7 1

Тогда я мог бы сделать

sudo dpkg --configure -a
...
