Исключение при доступе к базе данных MySQL с Entity Framework

Я пытаюсь, чтобы мое веб-приложение .NET Framework работало с Entity Framework и базой данных MySQL

В этой статье я выполнил шаги по включению Entity Framework с MySql: https://dev.mysql.com/doc/connector-net/en/connector-net-entityframework60.html

Все это выглядело радужным единорогом и солнцем, пока я не попытался:

  1. Выполнить Add-Migration после enable-migrations в консоли диспетчера пакетов.
  2. Запустить веб-приложение.

Я использую следующие компоненты:

  • .NET Framework 4.5.2
  • Entity Framework 6.2.0
  • MySql.Data.Entity 6.10.8
  • MySQL database 5.7

Я получаю следующие ошибки:

Ошибка добавления-миграции:

Я попробовал то, что предлагается в этом вопросе: Add-Migration не работает с MySQL К сожалению, это не сработало ..
