Так что, очевидно, мой подход устарел из-за обновлений, и поэтому для бита соединения я использовал «create_engine» из библиотеки «sqlalchemy» вместо «mysqldb.connect ()» для доступа к базе данных:

Мне кажется, что в данных есть нули.Попробуйте заполнить нулями в кадре данных перед вызовом .to_sql ()

df_final.fillna('default string')

Или удалить пустые строки

df_final.dropna(inplace=True)
