TOMCAT Не удается добраться до папки, развертываемой из файла затмения войны

Я пытаюсь добраться до папки с локального хоста: 8080 / springMVC, но результат 404 не найден.Но когда я создаю новую папку, «hello» содержит «helloworld.html».его работы, tomcat может достигнуть helloworld.html.но не могу добраться до моей папки springMVC.

Вот мой pom.xml
