В используемой версии SQLite PCL Raw должны возникнуть некоторые проблемы ... Проверьте эту ветку: e_sqlite3.dll не загружается

Попытайтесь получить последнюю версию изNuget (v.1.1.10) или попробуйте более новую версию в канале Nuget для PRE-релиза.

Скажите, все ли в порядке ...
