Проблема с SQLiteCantOpenDatabaseException только на устройствах Huawei

В течение некоторого времени в моем приложении возникла ошибка SQLiteCantOpenDatabaseException.Добавление разрешения WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE не помогло.Также я использовал ActiveAndroid ORM вместо реализации по умолчанию для Android sql.Я не знаю, в чем причина.Эта ошибка возникает только на устройствах Huawei.Вот журналы:
