Я могу создавать свои крипто-конфигурации и канальные артефакты с одной организацией и двумя пирами.Как я могу создать похожую среду, например chaincode-docker-devmode (https://github.com/hyperledger/fabric-samples),, где я могу запустить свой цепной код локально. Что должен содержать мой файл docker-compose.yaml.

Ваш цепной код необходимо будет запускать в док-контейнерах.Это зависит от того, как вы пишете свою логику цепного кода - если вы используете Hyperledger Composer (рекомендуется), вам нужен дополнительный докер, содержащий команду couch-db, в которой хранятся данные главной книги, 1 couch-db на пира.Если вы пишете цепной код вручную, вам не нужны эти дополнительные контейнеры.

Вам необходимо создать файл yaml, содержащий топографию сети.Я включил файл yaml в первый пример сети, предоставленный hyperledger.(https://github.com/hyperledger/fabric-samples/tree/release-1.4/first-network) - это ссылка на github - я бы рекомендовал проверить это
