Как работать с TextWatcher внутри RecyclerViewAdapter

Адаптер почти нормально работает.Проблема в том, что когда я пытаюсь добавить количество с помощью EditText, это не работает.Я попытался добавить TextWatcher, но ничего не происходит.Я думаю, что я не использую это должным образом.Это мой класс внутри адаптера:

NullPointerException из-за нулевого присваивания для наблюдателя текста вашего EditText в операторе else (cantidadProducto.addTextChangedListener(null)), если вы не хотите, чтобы TextWatcher добавлял пустого слушателя в cantidadProducto вместо нулевого присваивания

    }

})
