Максимальная попытка, когда мне нужно usign запрос snmp

Мне нужно отправить запрос на доску NCP и предоставить информацию в форме.NCP IP : 192.168.1.105, но когда я отправляю запрос с C #, он показывает мне эту ошибку:

SnmpSharpNet.SnmpException: 'Запрос достиг максимальных попыток.'

и онподключиться к моему компьютеру с Ethernet.

, когда я использую этот IP 127.0.0.1, это не покажет мне ошибку.

Ваш код показывает IP-адрес 192.168.1.105 

IpAddress agent = new IpAddress("192.168.1.105");

Но вы говорите, что он работает с 127.0.0.1, так почему бы не изменить эту строку в коде, чтобы использовать 127.0.0.1?
