У меня была такая же проблема.Используйте следующий код, который я использовал для получения токена доступа из Azure AD.Просто войдите в свой портал Azure, найдите свой идентификатор клиента и идентификатор клиента и вставьте его в следующий код.Это прекрасно работает для меня.

Глядя на вашу ошибку, так как она не проходит проверку токена, я предполагаю, что она связана с аудиторией, для которой был получен токен.

Вы вызываете конечную точку https://graph.microsoft.com, поэтому убедитесь, чтоявляется точным значением для ресурса.

Специально в этом коде убедитесь, что AppVar.AzureResource получает значение https://graph.microsoft.com
