Отредактируйте файл app / Providers / AppServiceProvider.php и в методе boot () установите длину строки по умолчанию:

Необходимо удалить (еслиу вас есть) таблица пользователей и password_resets таблица из базы данных также удаляет записи пользователей и password_resets из таблицы migrations .
