Не могу установить ноутбук Jupyter

Я успешно установил Miniconda с Python 3.7 сегодня с https://conda.io/miniconda.html. Однако я не могу установить Jupyter.

В чем может быть причина в моем случае?

При использовании conda install jupyter я получаю следующее сообщение:

www.anaconda.com не блокируется для меня.

При использовании python -m pip install jupyter я получаю следующее сообщение:
