Версия Android 8.1, Плохое уведомление для startForeground

Я дал пару дней, чтобы решить эту проблему.Мое приложение получает сбой, чья версия Android 8.1.Он отлично работает в Android версии 8.0.

Я проверяю версию Android в классе FirebaseMessageService и создаю канал для версии Oreo, но ниже каждый раз отображается данная ошибка
