Apache не выполняет .fcg файл

Я сделал самую простую программу fastcgi, используя fastcgipp.Я скопировал его в /var/www/cgi-bin.Затем я перешел к /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf.

Я заменил: 

<Directory "/var/www/cgi-bin">
    AllowOverride None
    Options None
    Require all granted
</Directory>

на это: 

<Directory "/var/www/cgi-bin">
    AllowOverride None
    Options +ExecCGI
    Require all granted

    SetHandler fastcgi-script
</Directory>

Но когда я перехожу к localhost/cgi-bin/index.fcg, браузер предлагаетмне загрузить файл fcg вместо его выполнения.

Я использую Fedora 29.

Редактировать: Я как-то получаю apache для выполнения скрипта.Но теперь сервер выдает мне 500 внутренних ошибок.Итак, я проверил файл error_log.Там написано: 

End of script output before headers

Я проверил свой код.Я вывел заголовок.Это файл main.cpp:

1) Добавлено SetHandler fcgid-script в теге <Directory "/var/www/cgi-bin"> в httpd.conf

2) Я сделал опечатку в шапке.Заменено Content:Type:text/html на Content-Type:text/html
