Вы должны добавить это после блока зависимостей

configurations.all {
   resolutionStrategy.eachDependency { DependencyResolveDetails details ->
     def requested = details.requested
     if (requested.group == 'com.android.support') {
        if (!requested.name.startsWith("multidex")) {
            details.useVersion '27.1.1'
        }
    }
}

Это удалит эту ошибку !!
