Как решить "Ошибка сборки с кодом ошибки: 1" при запуске ionic?

При создании ионного проекта возникают следующие ошибки:

Как можно устранить эти ошибки?Я использую:

  • ионная версия 4.6.0
  • версия узла 10.14.2
  • npm версия 6.5.0
